🙋🏻♀️As my insta folks requested for video of my usual warmup streches before workout ,here it is .
🙋🏻♀️ you should warmup by doing dynamic stretches ,these helps you to prepare your muscles and joints before your intense workouts .
🙋🏻♀️Some stretches I learnt from my coach @raghudamutant .
He makes sure that everyone does good warmup before workout .
🙋🏻♀️If you are not stretching and not doing warmup ,it increases tightness in muscles and you end up with injury during workouts .
🙋🏻♀️here are my stretches 🙋🏻♀️down the dog(Adhomukha shvanasana)hold this for minute ,it helps you to stretch hand ,hamstring,calf ,shoulder,arches of the foot .
🙋🏻♀️next -moving from down the dog (adhomukha svanasana )to upward dog (urdhva mukha svanasana).it helps to stretch spine ,chest,abdomen,shoulders.
🙋🏻♀️next chaturanga (low push-up )to upward dog (urdhva mukha shvanasana).
🙋🏻♀️eka pada adhomukha svanasana.
🙋🏻♀️next cat cow stretch (chakravakasana).It helps you to stretch spine ,muscles of hip,back ,abdomen ,chest and lungs .
It helps to relieve menstrual cramps .
🙋🏻♀️next two variations of superman stretch helps you to stretch glutes ,hamstrings and back muscles.
🙋🏻♀️vajrasana 🙋🏻♀️last one is padahasthasana (standing forward bend ,helps you to stretch hips ,calf,spine and hamstrings .
🙋🏻♀️practice these and enjoy your workouts .
